Asta e varianta buna si pentru mami,reteta pe care o fac pentru copii are putin mai mult zahar. Briosele sunt ceva obisnuit la noi in casa, e si mai sanatos pentru copii fata de dulciurile preambalate din comert.
1 cup = 1 cana 200 ml

250 gr faina
2 linguri zahar
4 lingurite praf de copt
1/2 lingurita sare
1 ou,batut
1 cup lapte
1/4 cup ulei

Amesteca ingredientele uscate (zahar,faina,etc) si fa o gaura in mijloc.
Separat,amesteca ingredientele lichide si toarna peste cele uscate.
Amesteca numai pana s-a incorporat.
Acum se pot adauga si fructele.
Se poate turna in forma de briose.
Se coc la foc mediu pana cand scobitoarea iese curata din briosa,cam 20-25 minute.

I'm pretty sure this is Pink Diamond's recipe,forgive me if I'm not going to zaar to check for it,I don't know if I'll succeed in finding it. This was more enjoyed by me,the littles sensed that the sugar was missing. Very similar to my basic muffin recipe and it can be used for savory ones as well.

2 cups flour
2 Tablespoon sugar
4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg,slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
fruits (optional)

With muffins we have to keep the rule of mixing dry ingredients with the wet ones,being careful not to overmix or we're getting tough in texture. Lumps are ok.
At this stage ,you can add fruits if using any.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
