Chec cu scortisoara si mere

Nu o sa refuzati o felie de chec cu un toping de milione,nu?

1/2 cup unt sau margarina
1 cup zahar
1 lingura lapte (n-am folosit ca n-am avut)
1 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu
1 lingurita otet
2 oua
1/4 lingurita sare
2 cup faina
1 zahar vanilat
2 cup de mere rase
1 lingura scortisoara
Ptr topping:
1 lingurita de scortisoara
2 linguri zahar
2 linguri faina
2 linguri unt
un pumn de nuci zdrobite

Se amesteca untul cu zaharul ,ouale si zaharul vanilat.
Se adauga faina,se face o gropita in mijloc unde se pune bicaronatul,lingura de lapte si otetul.
Se adauga sarea,scortisoara si se amesteca bine.
Se incorporeaza merele si se pun in forma pentru cuptor,care a fost unsa cu ulei si tapetata cu faina.

Topping:Se topeste untul si se amesteca toate ingredientele,apoi se pune pe suprafata compozitiei din tava.
Se da la cuptor cam 50-60 de minute.
Se lasa sa se raceasca 10 minute.

The topping makes this recipe. Somehow,it reminded me of Starbucks. It was the topping,wasn't it?

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 t baking soda
1 T vinegar
2 eggs
1/4 t salt
2 cups flour
vanilla essence
2 cups grated apples
1 T cinnamon
for topping:
1 t cinnamon
2 T sugar
2 T flour
2 T butter
chopped walnuts

Mix the butter with sugar,eggs and vanilla essence.
Add the flour and make a well in the center where you add baking soda and vinegar.
Add salt,cinnamon and mix well.
Add the apples and well and toss.
Mix all topping ingredients and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before removin
