Chec aperitiv cu feta - Savory loaf with feta

Din revista Pofta Buna! Vreau sa incerc si cu maslinele verzi cu ardei la mijloc,va avea un aspect mai spectacular. A placut mult si copiilor.

Ingrediente:
200 gr faina
3 oua
150 gr masline verzi
150 gr branza feta sau telemea
5 linguri ulei
100 ml lapte
1 praf de copt
sare,piper

Intr-un castron,se pune faina si praful de copt,iar in centru se aseaza ouale,uleiul,laptele caldut,sarea si piperul.
Se amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza.
Se adauga maslinele feliate,branza taiata cubulete.
Se amesteca usor pentru a nu sfarama maslinele.
Se toarna compozitia intr-o forma de chec sau cozonac.
Se da la cuptorul preincalzit 40-45 de minute.
Se scoate din tava dupa ce s-a racit complet.

Ingredients:
200 gr flour (about 1 1/2 cup)
3 eggs
150 gr green olives, seedless
150 gr feta cheese,crumbled
5 Tablespoons oil
100 ml milk
3 teaspoon baking powder
salt,pepper

Preheat the oven.
Add in a bowl flour and baking powder.
Put in the middle the eggs,oil ,warm milk,salt and pepper.
Mix well and add the sliced olives and the crumbled feta.
Mix well with a spatula watching out not to smash the olives.
Put the mixture in a loaf pan.
Bake for 40-45 minutes and remove when completely cool.
