Cheese Balls - Bilute de branza

Inainte de Paste am vazut la divainbucatarie pe bucataras o reteta pe care am stiut ca trebuie sa o am si eu pe masa de Paste. Rapida,de efect si gustoasa! Puteti incerca si altfel de arome decat cele folosite de mine,este un aperitiv foarte versatil.

200 gr branza de burduf
200 gr de feta sau telemea
masline verzi cu ardei rosu
condimente: cimbru,marar uscat,ras-el-hannouth,zaatar,usturoi granulat,usturoi pudra

Se amesteca branza de burduf si feta. Nu a mai fost nevoie de smantana, feta s-a maruntit usor si a fost usor de lucrat cu compozitia. Nu am adaugat sare,nu a fost nevoie,branzeturile sunt destul de sarate si condimentele dau destula aroma.
Maslinele se taie in felii rotunde, subtiri.
Se formeaza bilute din amestecul de branza si se dau pe rand prin condimente si se lipesc feliile de masline.

This was supposed to be on the Easter table,remembered about it the next day, it was great since the aromas had a chance to mix. I think it's a pretty appetizer, being so easy to make puts it on my regular list.
Basically it's a mix of cheeses with a softer texture. I'm not sure one of the main ingredient I use, a sheep cheese it's available everywhere. The other one I used it's feta,so use anything that can make a mixture easy to work with and form the balls.
Form the balls and roll them in different spices. I used dried dill,wild thyme,granulated garlic,roasted garlic powder,ras-el-hannouth,zaatar and thinly sliced green olives with red pepper.
Poppy seeds,black sesame seeds,paprika are also good and I'm sure you'll come up with others as well.
