Supa Vieneza de cartofi - Austrian Potato Soup

Din "Cartea regala de bucate" a Principesei Margareta, pe care am primit-o de la persoana foarte draga mie. Reteta e putin adaptata,ca eu n-am avut ciuperci.

Ingrediente:
1 kg de cartofi
1 fir de praz
3 morcovi 
100 gr telina
2 cepe
50 gr unt (am folosit de casa)
125 gr smantana
1litru de supa de pui sau de legume
patrunjel
tarhon
sare si piper

Se taie in cubulete cartofii si legumele spalate si curatate.
Se caleste ceapa in unt,apoi se adauga cartofii si toate legumele.
Se toarna supa si se tine pe foc pana legumele sunt fierte.
Se ia oala de pe foc si se sfarama sau mixeaza legumele.
Se pot lasa cativa cartofi nemixati.
Se bate smantana si se incorporeaza usor in supa. 
Se mai fierbe un minut si se adauga tarhonul tocat.
Se condimenteaza dupa gust.
Se serveste fierbinte si presarat cu patrunjel.



 

If you didn't know already,we have a royal family in Romania. This recipe comes from the book written by Margareta Principess...yeah,we have royalty!

Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes,cleaned and cubed
1 leek
3 carrots
1 celery rib
2 onions
50 gr butter
125 gr sour cream or cream
1 liter vegetable or chicken soup
parsley
tarragon
salt,pepper

Clean and cube all veggies.
Heat the butter in a deeper skillet and brown lightly the onion,after potatoes and in the end all veggies.
Add the soup and when everything has boiled take out a few potatoes.
Using a stick blender make a cream soup.
Add slowly the beaten sour cream.
Return to stove ,add the tarragon and boil for another minute.
Adjust for salt and pepper.
Serve with parsley on top.
