Ficatei prajiti ...sudisti - Southern Fried Chicken Livers

Inca nu am renuntat sa caut reteta de ficat de pui pe placul meu, sa nu mai fie inecacios si sa aibe un gust bun,bineinteles. Reteta sau metoda perfecta inca nu am gasit-o, dar cea incercata de curand a fost una dintre cele mai bune de pana acuma.

Ingrediente:
500 gr ficat de pui
1 ou
100 ml lapte
125 gr faina
1 lingura de usturoi pudra
sare si piper
ulei ptr prajit

Se spala ficatul si se pune la scurs.
Intr-un bol se amesteca oul cu laptele si se adauga ficatul.
Intr-o punga se adauga faina,usturoiul pudra,sarea si piperul si se amesteca bine. Se pun bucatile de ficat,una cate una si se scutura punga pana e invelit ficatul in amestecul de faina.
In mod normal,ar trebui prajite prin procesul deep fry,dar eu cum nu prea obisnuiesc,le-am prajit in tava la cuptor.
Se baga tava cu putin ulei in cuptor si cand s-a infierbantat se adauga bucatile de ficat. Se rumenesc pe amandoua partile.



I have been looking for the perfect chicken liver recipe and while still I haven't found it,this one is somewhere up in the top. Since it's an American dish,I'd like to hear more variations and how to make the liver even softer.

Ingredients:
500 gr chicken livers
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup all purpose flour
1 T garlic powder
salt and pepper
oil for frying

Wash the chicken livers and drain well.
In a bowl,mix the milk with the egg and add the livers.
In a Ziplock bag, put flour,garlic powder,salt and pepper and shake the bag well.
Add the livers one at a time and shake to coat everywhere.
Add oil to the oven baking dish and heat it up in the over. Add the coated chicken livers and fry both sides until browned.

  2. This was a new way for me,probably you don't do it this way in Australia. I'll give it another try deep fried too.
