Prajitura rasturnata cu ananas - Pineapple upside-down cake

Ingrediente:
Pentru baza:
60 gr unt
50 gr zahar
6 rondele de ananas
Pentru prajitura:
125 gr unt la temperatura camerei
125 gr zahar
2 oua
un zahar vanilat
200 gr faina
2 lingurite praf de copt
100 ml lapte

Mod de preparare:
Se prepara mai intai baza. Se unge forma cu unt,apoi se presara zaharul si se adauga rondelele.
Se prepara aluatul.Se amesteca untul cu zaharul pana devine cremos,se adauga ouale,unul cate unul si apoi zaharul vanilat.
Alternativ se adauga laptele si faina,incepem si terminam cu faina.
Se adauga compozitia peste ananas si se coace la cuptor cam 40 de minute.
Se lasa sa se raceasca cam 15 min,inainte de a se rasturna.


Pineapple Upside-down Cake

Ingredients:
Base:
60 gr butter
50 gr sugar
6 pineapple slices
For the cake:
125 gr butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
vanilla essence
1 1/2 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup milk

For the base,cream butter and sugar and spread over a base of 20 cm. Arrange pineapple slices.
For the cake,preheat the oven to moderate. Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time,beating well.
Fold the flour into mixture,alternately with milk,beginning and ending with flour.
Spread cake over base and bake for about 40 minutes.
Allow to cool and serve.
